Once we have confirmed your request, please fill out a REGISTRATION FORM , click here for printable version, and send it to 3325 Highway #7, Pickering, ON L1X 2W3 together with a cheque or money order made payable to Doggie Minder. For those of you who wish to bring a dog to class, please be aware that all dogs need to be calm, comfortable and non-aggressive with other dogs. Your reservation will not be confirmed until we receive payment. Space is limited, we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. Upon receipt of payment we will send you a confirmation letter by email. You will receive a receipt for the course fee during class. There will be no refund for cancellations or transfer requests received one week or less before the class date. A $25.00 administration fee will be retained for earlier cancellations or transfer requests. In the event that the course is cancelled by Doggie Minder, a full refund will be given or transfer to an alternate course will be arranged. All participants must be at least 14 years of age. Participants under 18 years of age require authorization from their parent or guardian. |
